Our firm employs certified bookkeepers and other financial and legal professionals that can do the work for you, a team of diversified business specialists (Team Members), skilled in numerous areas of financial services, business operations, and administrative functions, and are ready to work for you.

Our technology is amazing. You can easily delegate selected functions to your assigned Team Members, who will function as your employees, and you can conveniently check and monitor their work. And, you have the flexibility to easily make changes in your Team Member staff should you desire.

We do, however, employ a central core management team that oversees and monitors the work of all our Team Members and Client Accounts to assure quality control. Should you decide you want to change a Team Member, a simple email or phone call is all it takes.

An AAFS Team Member with contact you regarding your service request within 1 business day.

NOTICE:   A National Security/Background Check is processed on the identity of all active AAFS Team Members.  Additionally, any AAFS TM that has Bookkeeping access to a Client’s Credit and Bank Accounts works under a Fidelity/Surety Bond to insure fiduciary responsibilities.

Once your service request(s) has been received and evaluated, we carefully select and match the most skilled Team Members to handle your account’s projects. We will then contact you, initially by phone to discuss your service request(s), negotiate, and provide you a quote. If you prefer, we can schedule a Skype or Zoom Video meeting to discuss your needs.

Upon agreement and finalization your account setup, one of our Team Member Coordinators will contact you, assign the appropriate staff, and the servicing of your account will begin. Please note, however, that an initial account setup fee or negotiated retainer will be required before actual servicing work begins.

If your business is in need of capital, we can work with you to secure a business loan or line of credit. In addition, we can evaluate any potential risks or liabilities your business might be exposed to, and work with you to procure insurance coverage to substantially limit any potential loss to your company.
